'Surrounded by Water’: walking tour of historic Kilmainham/Inchicore including the canal, Camac river, Old Kilmainham, Kilmainham Mill and Royal Hospital.
Meet at 2.00 pm at north side of the pedestrian footbridge at Goldenbridge Luas stop. Limited to 25 people.
Welcome to our Historical Society
Rathmines, Ranelagh and Rathgar Historical Society was founded in 1996 and incorporates Harold's Cross, Leeson Street and Milltown. Talks and other events are regularly held in Rathmines Town Hall (Rathmines College). Parking is available in the Swan Centre - cost is €3.50 for the first 2 hours and €3.50 per hour thereafter.
